Notebooks

Hi Everyone,

I know I haven't posted in a month.  Sorry about that.  It's been crazy busy!!  I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!

Last week, one of my co-workers retired and Shelissa, another co-worker, wanted to make her a book for the party so that people could sign their names, addresses and leave comments.  So, Shelissa designed the pages and I designed and bound the book using my cinch.  Below are some pics of the book.  Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to make a video of the book.

Yesterday, my daughter asked me to make her AP Calculus teacher a gift.  She wanted a book or something really pretty for her.  So, I asked Amber what her teachers' favorite color was and what she liked to do.  Of course, Amber didn't know Ms. Stadt's favorite color but said that she had a really cool infinity tattoo.  So, I designed the inside pages of the book in MS Word to include her name and an infinity symbol.  I used some orange shimmer paper that I found in Michaels for the outside of the book.  I used another paper for the inside....can't remember the manufacturer for that one.  I used some Martha Stewart punches, stickles, lace, flowers and prima pearl bling.  Both books turned out great!  Let me know what you think.

Thanks for looking!  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!
