SOC's Hot Fun in the Summertime Blog Hop

Hi Everyone!

This weekend marks the official start of summer--days filled with a little travel, fun, and relaxation with family and friends! So to celebrate, I, along with some talented crafters, have teamed up to share projects that display summer fun! Of course, a blog hop isn't complete without blog candy! There will be giveaways on various blogs throughout the hop! Plus there will be a SOC blog hop gift awaiting one visitor!! To be eligible for that prize, you must comment on all the blogs by Mon, June 25 at 11pm EST. From all who are eligible, one lucky reader will be randomly drawn. For the blog hop, I have created 3 projects. I will be posting 1 project a day from Friday - Sunday. Below are pics my project for Friday, June 22, 2012.

This is a cup card. I LOVE pink lemonade and nothing says Summer like a tall glass of lemonade. I got the tutorial on how to make this card from Splitcoast Stampers. The sentiment on the glass is from The Cutting Cafe. The lemon wedge is from Michael's; the pearls in the body of the butterfly's are from Recollections and in the middle of the sentiment is a ribbon slider and a pearl. I also put stickles around the rim of the cup.
