I wanted to share a project that I completed for the design team over at The Cutting Cafe. This weeks challenge was to use the Christmas Ornament Fun file. This is a really fun file that can be used for soo many different things.
I used some colored copy paper as well as the Sweet Dreams Holiday Avenue stack by My Minds Eye. Added some stickles, large eyelets, jingle bell, ribbon, flat backed pearls, a couple of flowers and a stamped sentiment. I think these turned out oh soo cute!!!
Pics and video are below. Thanks for stopping by and let me know what you think!
Today I want to share with you all some cards that I made for a swap hosted by Tmika, who is Scrapdaworld on YouTube. We had to make 5 cards to send out. The cards had to be 3x3 with at least 2 embellishments. We also had to make, or buy, envelopes for the cards.
I used The Ballet stack by DCWV and a stamp from Miss Anya Hats Off collection. I really LOVE how these cards turned out. I also made an envelope that had a gusset of 1/2 an inch since the card is dimensional.
Pics and video are below. Thanks for stopping by and let me know what you think.

ideas...and scraplifted a few. LOL
But overall, I wouldn't trade this experience for anything in the world.
So from the bottom of my heart, thank you all.
After checking out my blog, please check out Kerry as she is the next

I used 2 dies by Sizzix called the Accordion Flip 3-D Album and the Frame and Label BigZ die. I used the Natural Stack by DCWV as well as the shimmery open stock paper found at Michael's.
Thanks for watching and let me know what you think!
Here are the finished Baby Boy mini albums that I worked on in my 5 part tutorial. They turned out sooo incredibly cute!!! Love them! LOL I also show the baby wipe cases that I made to go with the mini's.
I wanted to share with you a tutorial series that I have done for my 6x6 mini albums. I hope you enjoy the series and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for watching!
I wanted to share some cards I made for a swap. Betty hosted this awesome swap. We had to make 5 cards to send out and 1 to keep. The theme was Breast Cancer Awareness, the cards had to have at least 2 embellishments, pink and an image.
I used the Think Pink printable stamp set from The Cutting Cafe for my cards. I think they turned out soo super cute. I've included the video of the cards I made as well as the cards I received. Let me know what you think and Thanks for stopping by.
I wanted to share with you all my first cigar box. I joined a swap over at ScrapinVintage and my partner was Crystal, the owner of the ning site. I had sooooooo much fun with this swap. I really LOVE how this cigar box turned out.
So for the swap, we had to decorate the cigar box, inside and out and also include at least 6 trims. I add some extra goodies for Crystal and she also added extra goodies for me. I'm going to list the video of my box to Crystal, the video of me opening Crystal's box to me, and also Crystal's video of her opening my box to her. I hope you enjoy the videos as well as what I made for Crystal and the items she made for me. Thanks for watching!
Here are some bookmarks that I created for a challenge held over at The Cutting Cafe. I used the Chevron Fall Background printable stamp set. These bookmarks turned out really cute. Let me know what you think and thanks for stopping by.
I know I have been MIA from blogland for over a month but I have been crafting. :-) I've been uploading videos to YouTube but not updating my blog. Soooo sorry...I really need to do better. So stay tuned....I have a lot of posts that I will be sending out today.
Here is a Tri-Shutter Card that I created using the Autumn Days printable stamp set from The Cutting Cafe. The instructions on how to make this card can be found at SplitCoast Stampers. I hope you like what I've created. Please leave a comment and let me know what you think.
I wanted to share with you a project that I entered into a challenge. Lydia, who is ItripledogdareU on YouTube, is having a contest. We could make a tag, card or layout, any size and the theme was Halloween or Fall. We had to show layering, 3 or more flowers, a vintage photo and lace, trim and/or ribbon.
I made a large tag....it measures 9x4.5. This was my first tag and I has a lot of fun creating this tag. I hope you like it.
Pics and video are below. Let me know what you think.
Here is a mini album that I created using a sizzix die and Prima's Romance Novel paper stack. Can I just say again how much I love, LOVE, love this paper collection!!! It's just beautiful! So I made this mini album for a swap that I'm participating in but had to cover up the name as I don't want her to know it's for her until she opens it.
In the video, I had black and pink lace for the binding. After the video, I decided that I liked the mini better without the pink lace and I added some black pearls to the front of the album. I like it soo much better like this. I hope she loves it!!
Pics and video are below. Thanks again for stopping by and let me know what you think!
I wanted to share with you all some postcards that I made for a swap over at Scrapinvintage. This is a ning site and it is free to join. Lots of great swaps and everyone is super creative and friendly.
So for the postcard swap, we had to use the word "time" and the theme was grunge. I must admit, I have never done grunge before and have run the other direction as it wasn't in my comfort zone. This was definitely a challenge for me and I love the results. I think the postcards turned out super cute!! I will definitely try grunge again as I've gotten a couple of pointers.
I used Riley from The Greeting Farm and Prima's Moulin Rouge paper stack. Pics and video are below. Let me know what you think and thanks for watching!
I wanted to share with you some 3x3 Note Cards that I completed for a swap with Tmika (Scrapdaworld on YouTube). I was part of the Hi/Hello and Thanks/Thank You groups. Making these cards and envelopes was soo much fun and they turned out sooo incredibly cute!!! We also had to make envelopes for the note cards. Since my note cards were on the chunky side, I had to make envelopes that fit so mine have a 1/4" gusset.
Pics, video and tutorial video on envelopes are below. Let me know what you think and thanks for looking.
I'm back again to share with you some treat boxes that I made for a challenge over at The Cutting Cafe. For this challenge, we had to use the cracker treat box file. This project turned out sooo super cute! This file would be good for any type of treat, like candy, brownies, cookies...whatever you can fit, this will work for you. So super cute!!
Video is below. Let me know what you think and thanks for watching!
I hope everyone is having a great week so far. The week for me is going pretty good. No complaints. :-)
I wanted to share some cards that I did for The Cutting Cafe. For this challenge, we had to use the hexagon shaped card file. This file is super cute and a lot of fun to work with. Lots of possibilities.
So, for these cards, I used the Bo Bunny Little Miss stack and the Bo Bunny Timepiece stack. I also used DeeDee and Flirty Edward stamps from The Greeting Farm.
Below are pics and video.
Let me know what you think and thanks for looking!
Happy Monday to you all! So I finally finished up the album for my dad that I have been working on 2 months. Sad...I know. I had different things going on and other deadlines to meet so kept having to stop while making this mini. However, I am soooooooo glad that I am finished. Now, I can make a project that I can add bling and flowers to. LOL
I used Tattered Times by DCWV for the paper and I used 6-9 white envelopes as the base. I also used stickers that I purchased from Hobby Lobby since I could only use flat embellishments for this album. I love the way it turned out and my dad loved it too.
Below are pics and a video. In the video, I forgot to show one of the tags so there are pics of the tag below. Let me know what you think and thanks for stopping by.
I wanted to share with you all a couple of projects that I did for one of my cousins. She was having a housewarming party because her and her boyfriend bought a house. Well...a little birdy told me that he was also going to propose at the party as well. So, I decided to make her a shadow box to help preserve the memories.
I used the Bella Amoire stack by DCWV, flowers, ribbon, and of course...bling. LOL. I purchased the shadow box from Michaels sometime last year. All of the flowers were sprayed with Marshmallow Glimmer Mist. The red roses and the heather sprays are both from Wild Orchid Crafts. The blue roses and the white cherry blossoms are from Sa Crafters.
I used a card that I had previously made for a design team project for The Cutting Cafe. I decorated the shadow box using the same colors, just adding red with the flowers and I decorated a bag to put the projects in. I LOVE how the shadow box turned out!
Pics and video are below. Let me know what you think.
Here is another project that I created for The Cutting Cafe. This is a super fun and easy file to work with. I used the Camera Photo Holder set and the Jot it Down set for this project. I really love how this project turned out.
Pics and video are below. Let me know what you think.
So sorry that it's been a month since I last posted. I have been creating and uploading the videos, just haven't had a chance to post the projects to my blog. It's been a super busy month!
Hi Everyone! I hope all is well and everyone is enjoying their week so far. Hopefully you all have been enjoying family, great food and fun. I don't have big plans for the 4th as it falls during the middle of the week and makes it kinda hard for everyone to get together. So, I'm just going to go over to my mom's for a bit and then relax as I have to go to work Thursday and Friday.
So, for this week, our challenge over at The Cutting Cafe was to use files that were about Independence Day. For the challenge, I made 2 projects....a card and a layout.
For the layout, I used the Independence Day Sentiments and the Independence Day Background set. I also used the Stars cuttlebug embossing folder as well as some borders and stickers from K&Co. The blue paper is from Michael's open stock. I just adhered the paper to some chipboard to make it sturdy.
Please leave a comment and let me know what you think.

I hope everyone is doing well and having a great weekend. This is Day 3 of the Blog Hop for Scraps of Color. If you have never checked out the ning site, please do so. It is free to join and the Ladies and Gentlemen there are awesome and their creativiity is endless.
I decided to make a book as my last project for the hop. As I state in the video, I can't really call this a mini album because it is rather large...9 1/4 x 7 1/4. :-) I used my Cinch to bind the album. I think I need larger wires as the largest size I had were 1.0 and I think I need 1.25 or 1.50. I will pick some up later and change out the wires because as you put pictures in the album, it will expand.
I used The Summer Days stack by DCWV, some stickers, Martha Stewart punches, corner chompers, epoxy stickers, various charms and the Beach Bum printable stamp from The Cutting Cafe. I think this project turned out great...Very vibrant and reminds me of summertime. Let me know what you think!
Again, Please don't forget to comment on all of the blogs to be eligible for the prize of Scraps of Color. Also, don't forget to leave a comment on each of my posts for the blog hop and become a follower of my blog, if you aren't already, in order to be eligible for my blog candy.
Below is a video and pics of the project. Thanks for looking and Happy Scrapping!!
Welcome back for Day 2 of the Hop. I hope you all are enjoying the projects as well as your weekend!! For Day 2, I decided to do a layout. I don't do many layouts as I am addicted to making mini albums. That being said, I hope this layout measures up to those that are pros at doing them. :-)
I used The Summer Days paper stack by DCWV. I just adhered the paper to some chipboard with hot glue so that it would have some stability. I used Recollections flowers from Michaels as well as the flowers in the calipso tin that Michaels used to sell (I don't think they sell them anymore). The lawn chair is a sticker, the flip flops and the title are from the paper stack. The ribbon slider and flatback pearl are from Babbers1891 on youtube.
Video and pics are posted below.
Thanks again for coming back for Day 2 of my projects for the hop and don't forget to leave a comment and become a follower if you are't already to be eligible for the blog candy. I hope you all stop back by tomorrow for my last project of the hop.

This is a cup card. I LOVE pink lemonade and nothing says Summer like a tall glass of lemonade. I got the tutorial on how to make this card from Splitcoast Stampers. The sentiment on the glass is from The Cutting Cafe. The lemon wedge is from Michael's; the pearls in the body of the butterfly's are from Recollections and in the middle of the sentiment is a ribbon slider and a pearl. I also put stickles around the rim of the cup.
