Altered Wood Box and Mini

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to share a project that I finished up Sunday evening.  After I finished altering the tissue box holder, I was still in the mood to paint.  So I decided to alter a wood box.  I also made a mini album to fit inside of the box but realized after putting my tags inside of the mini.....it was too big!!!  So....I made another mini using the Tim Holtz Baroque die.  This one is on the chunky side as well.  :-)   Both of the albums turned out cute.  I used the DCWV Black Currant Stack.

Altered Tissue Box

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to share a tissue box that I altered.  I got the box from Michaels a few months ago.  I was inspired by Tracy from Mrstlc1 on youtube.  She did a project on a Tissue Box a while ago and I wanted to make one.  I wanted a shabby chic look and I think it turned out really cute.  Let me know what you think.

Birthday Card for my Daughter

Hi Everyone!

Today is my daughters birthday.  Happy Birthday Amber!!!  So, earlier this week, I was watching youtube videos and Kelly from CreativeKelly4rmCali posted a video on some box cards that she created using Gorjuss stamps.  They were soo cute.  Then, a day later, Bona from LiveLoveScrap did a video on her version of the box card along with instructions.  Kelly said in her video that she will be doing a video with dimension/instructions.  So, I used Bona's instructions and below is a video of my take on the box card.  Amber's favorite color is green so I used a lot of green with this box card but I think it turned out pretty good.  She liked it when she saw it again this morning when I gave it to her before dropping her off at school.  Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Birthday Scrapbook

Morning Everyone!

My mom asked me to make a scrapbook for one of her friends using the pictures she took from the surprise birthday party.  I asked for Sis. Smith's favorite color and since it was green, I thought the DCWV Lemon Flower stack would be perfect.  I used the Lemon Flower stack and I also used a couple of sheets from the DCWV Linen Closet and The Blossom Song stack .  I also used some Tim Holtz dies and Martha Stewart punches.  Let me know what you think and thanks for watching!
